  • Experiencing driving or passenger anxiety after an MVA
  • Recovering from surgery or fractures
  • Older adults in a long-term care home or at their residence
  • Young children
  • Complex medical needs requiring one-to-one attention
  • Unable to arrange care for a dependent while attending a clinic
  • Families or couples treating together in back-to-back appointments
  • Time-poor due to family or work requirements
  • Working adults who work from home (often treated on a lunch break)
Portable physiotherapy equipment set up in a client’s living room

Space requirements

Our friendly physiotherapists don’t need much room to carry out a mobile appointment. Most commonly we will be working in a client’s living room.

Depending on your problem, we will bring a range of equipment on the first and subsequent visits, such as:

  • A treatment table
  • Portable exercise and rehabilitation equipment
  • Treatment modalities and electrotherapy machines
One-to-one physiotherapy treatment in the comfort of a client’s own home

Benefits of a home visit

  • Comfort and privacy of your own home
  • Personalised one-on-one care
  • Removes the stress and fatigue of travel, traffic, weather and waiting rooms
  • Receive therapy while caring for dependents – no need to arrange a babysitter
  • Flexible hours
  • Safer for high-risk individuals
  • Reduced burden on family and friends for transport
